Vecio Fritolin celebrates together with the Compagnia degli Chef

On the 2nd October, our restaurant’s team will move on the hills of Tuscany to participate to the event organized by the Compagnia degli Chef. The soiree is scheduled to happen in Lamporecchio, in the Pistoia province, at master Igles Corelli’s Atman restaurant. Irina Freguia, together with Pierluigi Lovisa and Raffaele Minute are among the twenty chefs called to celebrate creative cuisine and Italy’s many food excellences, in an evening event for collegues, journalists, bloggers and friends.

Each member of the Compagnia will prepare their dish honoring and respecting their own land.  The tasting menu promises to be a once in a lifetime opportunity, considering the calibre of the chefs that are making it possible.

The Compagnia degli Chef embarked in a nice venture, intended for people to meet, talk about the situation of Italy’s restaurant industry and have fun while promoting the most characteristic products of our cuisine.
