Since 2006 Irina Freguia has managed the bar and restaurant facilities at the Palazzo Grassi Exhibition Centre. Thus to the cultural offerings in the museum are joined gastronomic offerings that are themselves Venetian dishes fused with international cuisine, producing flavours unique even to the most discerning of palates.
